Bronze Coaching Package
The Bronze Coaching Program is for a business owner whose business is still predominately wrapped around the owner. There will tend to be a heavy focus on marketing and sales systems, improving cash flow and profitability, setting up basic operations and controls, and bringing on those first one or two team members to create some basic leverage.
Annual Coaching Program Includes:
2 Coaching Sessions a Month
(60 minutes each as required)- 2 Phone Sessions
- 15 minutes review/ critique between sessions.
- 1 Complimentary DISC Assessment.
- Client Learning Materials
- Support for Partnerships not included
The Bronze Coaching Program may also be used for coaching clients who have successfully completed 2 to 3 years of coaching, transitioned leadership in their business, and would like ongoing board level advisory from their coach on a monthly basis.
